FOUNDER, GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Kellert is the founder and CEO of Greenlaw Construction. He has been in the building industry for over 30 years.
Kellert’s experience and expertise is so vast that he can solve any complex problem and think outside the box. He oversees all aspects of bidding, scheduling, material purchases, subcontractor coordination, billing review, and final walk through.
Hayden Greenlaw
Vice President
Hayden has been working in the industry for 18 years. He is reliable, responsible and dedicated to getting things done in the best way possible. He has a passion and talent for design and detail which allow him to create environments people can be excited about. He continues to learn the latest trends and innovations in the high end residential home building arena.
Jill Greenlaw
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jill helps keep every project organized and financially on track. She manages subcontractor pay applications, vendor invoices, project expenses, and other critical accounting details behind the scenes. Jill understands that strong organization, clear communication, and meeting deadlines are essential to a successful project, helping ensure every detail keeps moving smoothly from start to finish.
Alexa Larsen Greenlaw
Design Director
Alexa is an interior designer with a passion for creating homes that feel as intentional as they are beautiful. As part of Greenlaw Construction’s in-house design-build team, she works closely with clients from initial plans through final furnishings, bringing a thoughtful eye, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly personalized approach to every project. Her goal is simple: to understand how her clients want to live and create a home that feels distinctly theirs - one they’re both proud to share and that exceeds what they imagined possible.
