.01 | DIscovery
We start with your property and vision, walking the lot to understand its opportunities, restrictions, views, and surroundings. From there, we discuss how you want to live and begin shaping the initial direction for your home.
.02 | Agreement & Budget
Once the initial direction is established, we formalize the agreement and set a clear budget for the project. Together, we establish expectations, allowances, and priorities so everyone feels aligned and confident as we move into the design process.
.03 | Home Design
We develop your floor plan and exterior together, considering views, privacy, community guidelines, and how you will use the home. Topography and soils reports help inform the final plans, elevations, rooflines, and landscape direction.
.04 | REview & APPROvaLS
Once the plans are developed, we manage the required review and approval process. Our team handles Architectural Review Committee submissions and coordinates building permits, keeping the project moving without putting the process on you.
.05| Interior Design
Interior design is considered throughout the project, not added at the end. We develop cabinetry, walls, ceilings, fixtures, materials, colors, and finishes together so every space feels cohesive, functional, and intentionally designed.
.06 | Construction

.07 | COMPLETION & CLOSING
As construction wraps, we complete final inspections, walkthroughs, and touch-ups before handing over your home. We review warranty information, coordinate any remaining closing details, and make sure everything is ready for move-in.
