About the Project

The homeowners came to us after purchasing their lot and gave our team the freedom to design a home that would fully take advantage of the incredible lake and mountain views. That trust allowed us to push the design and create something truly special for the site.

A layered mix of natural stone, warm wood, and architectural metal gives the home its strong mountain-modern identity. Inside, the design takes on a moodier, more masculine feel with rich materials, darker tones, and bold details, while still feeling refined, warm, and inviting. Every element was considered through both beauty and function, including an expansive window package that frames the Park City landscape throughout the home.
